Non-hub employees can optionally contribute their own pre-tax funds to use the benefit occasionally. Contributions will be paused if the account balance exceeds the $900 maximum.

Employees receive a total allowance to purchase personal subscriptions to AI tools to encourage AI fluency outside of the workplace. The US amount is $300.
