<p>There's someone on my team who just constantly avoids work and doesn't do whatever he's assigned. As much as he can, he tries to delegate his work to other people, to the point where he's clearly bugging us and putting too much on other people's plates.</p><p><br></p><p>The thing is, he's a really nice guy outside of work related stuff. I know that when it comes to work, you'd want someone who's nice AND gets their stuff done, but at the end of the day, having someone who gets stuff done is probably more important.</p><p><br></p><p>Without me pressing, he's admitted that he doesn't really want to do this type of work but stays just cause the pay is good. But at this point, his lack of work is negatively impacting my own work and plain getting annoying.</p><p><br></p><p>Any suggestions on what I can do here?</p>

I currently earn roughly €2,700/month, pay no taxes, and am looking to relocate to the UK, Germany, Portugal, Spain or Luxembourg—all of which I'm currently researching.</div><div><br></div><div>I recently got a new remote job that allows me to work from anywhere in the world and offers a truly flexible work schedule. This new job pays me €4,200/month. I know that this is considered quite “a lot” for someone in my situation, but still, my country is no longer worth living in. Digital Nomad vs. IT Work Visa: Which Country Should I Choose?

<p>Recently, I received my long-awaited FAANG offer, along with an offer from a smaller-sized company.</p><p><br></p><p>I have little understanding of how the negotiation process works—how to determine if there's room for negotiation and when it's appropriate to do.</p><p><br></p><p>Could you share your own guide on how to navigate this process? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!</p>

How to negotiate?

<p>Started working at this place last year that had an unlimited PTO policy but when I took ~5 weeks off I got in trouble with my manager during my end of year review. Said stuff like how I was slacking and if I didn't want to be there, they could easily find someone else.</p><p><br></p><p>Obviously I started looking for new jobs right away, but have any of you guys actually had good experiences with companies that have unlimited PTO policies? Just curious to know.</p>
