Rainbow Health Initiative and Minnesota AIDS Project merged to create an organization that helps diverse gender, sexual, and cultural communities achieve health equity. They provide compassionate care and break down barriers to better health for LGBTQ+ folks, those affected by HIV, and others facing barriers to equitable health care. They also educate care providers, policymakers, and others about how to be more just and inclusive.
