Hack.Diversity helps Black and Latine/x/a/o professionals in tech by placing them in software engineering, data analysis, and mechanical engineering roles at major companies. They also work with these companies to create inclusive and equitable working environments. Founded in 2016, Hack is a nonprofit organization that aims to break down barriers and create opportunities for all. They have connected almost 400 Fellows to jobs at over 50 employers to date.
