Our mission is to empower all startup employees to participate in the success of the companies they helped build. We do so by linking employees to accredited investors, who compete to provide them with the funding they need to exercise their stock options. Our platform allows employees to minimize the downside risk associated with exercising their options, while giving investors the unique opportunity to invest in private startups.
