You are eligible for a free Metro ORCA Pass. The ORCA pass will allow you to ride any metro bus in the greater Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond area for free. Health Club: Available to Interns working 20 hours/week or more in the state of Washington only. You are eligible for a fully paid membership to a health club. You will have the choice to enroll in one of the Microsoft-approved health clubs during the first 30 days of your internship. As a health club member, you will be responsible for paying the taxes on the fair market value of the membership, and Microsoft will pay the membership fee directly to the health club. Medical: You are eligible to enroll in a Microsoft sponsored Medical plan. Software Discounts: You are given a $450 limit to spend your own money on Microsoft software at the company store. Visa Assistance: Microsoft will provide visa assistance for you to obtain employment authorization, if required.
