Is there a list of fully remote companies hiring all over the world that doesn't discriminate pay due to one's location?

Good question. Even the job descriptions in some companies don't elaborate on this. For example, Meta will discriminate fully remote workers but they don't say it in their job description.

its certainly tough info to find because companies don't generally seem to openly disclose their policies (exception would be places like spotify).

I think this would be a cool piece of info for users to submit with their salaries, especially with how the field is changing and integrating in remote work.

From my own interactions with companies during my search so far, it seems to be less common to adjust based on location than I was expecting. Either that or some of them aren't explicitly telling me they are adjusting (or aren't going to until later in the process).

It is a bit of a stupid policy in general. You don't pay someone more for moving to an expensive neighborhood in the same city, even though the "cost of living" will probably be above average for the metro area. So why do it when the other neighborhood is across the country.
