I got hired for a hybrid. The week I starrted they switched to in office. Here is the weird part. They were super aggressive about making sure I was in the office Like HR would do a zoom call to check in that I was there every morning.. However no one else ever came into the office. I mean,no one, like on my first week I had to call HR to ask why the building was locked. They sent the maintenance guy to unlock it but he got tired of coming so they gave me a key. For 6mo i worked in an empty office so that I could do zoom calls with all the remote people that for reasons unknown to me were not coming to the office.

That was depressing. I ended up quitting. I guess they wanted to use me to try to force the other employees to RTO but it didnt work.
