What happens after Amazon Onsite Interviews

Finished my 5 onsite interviews and I felt they went well.My recruiter just emailed me asking us to book for a 15 minute session soon. Anyone knows what this might mean?Thanks for all the information.

They’ll call to ask for your salary expectations and verbally discuss the offer before starting to write up the offer for you. Time to negotiate 🙂

They will call you to either extend and offer or give the bad news. There’s no in between unless the email shared by the recruiter might indicate a positive feedback. Good luck!
