This q brings the mentality of putting all benefits at the employees cost. Instead of seeing that remote will attract more and higher quality talent, it asks “how much less can we pay”.

That doesn’t make the question invalid, but it’s the kind of thing I hate employers focusing on.

Worry about what will help add value. That’s what a true entrepreneur does. Any idiot can squeeze other humans given some leverage.
