Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or expeience with Formation. Its a company that is supposed to help engineers bridge knowledge gaps and prepare them for jobs in high end companies with higher compensation. 

I know the market is really bad right now but i figured i might as well improve myself for when the market is better.
