Lot of layoffs being conducted across companies. Startups like Cameo and Mainstreet. Bigger ones like Bose and Robinhood. Should we expect to see more?

I think we should generally avoid companies that are dependent on funding from investors. Seems like there will still be plenty of work for us software folk.

A recession is defined as two successive quarters of GDP decline. By that definition we are halfway there. Of course GDP decline will hit some companies and their products more than others. But it looks to be heading that way.
