Question

I had my final round on monday the week of christmas. Still haven't heard back yet -- will I have to wait 'till new year?? Committee meeting this week??

Probably just a busy time, usually hiring is frozen around this time to plan headcount for next year. Have you already emailed (or followed up with) your recruiter and asked if you could get an update?
