Annual compensation
Hello, I am pretty new to fte compensation with rsu. I need to determine my annual compensation, can anyone suggest what is my annual comp if I am offered 170k base, 10% bonus, 136k rsu vested over 4 yrs?
Is it 300k + or 221k?
Sorry if it's a dumb question, but it's all new for me!

What does the vesting schedule look like? It is even at 25% each year or uneven (backloaded)? Bonus - what type is it? Is it a sign-on bonus over one year or two years?
