Is it legal to hold employees in a contract and to ask them to pay if they break the contract ?&nbsp;

talk to a lawyer, my guess is the contract is iffy especially in a state with Right to Work laws

I think It depends upon the agreement clause, if it’s mentioned in the clause it is considered to be legal there is nothing we can do about it other than paying from our pockets.
