I have 3 year of experience in Azure Devops suite and I am getting paid $115k in total comp(1.5 years in present role). The job is full remote, Presently manages 10 + applications solely

“Fully remote” doesn’t help without knowing location. That’s a huge factor here.

Pay is good, but after 3 years I would still consider moving, refresh yourself, get new experience
