How do you all do it? I've got a Notion doc where I manage the companies and the stage I'm at with the company and just work from there.

I had been using Excel but recently switched to Airtable. It has a really nice kanban view that I use to visually track what stage I'm at with each company.

I've used a google sheet in the past to track stages and notes/questions I have. It was all kind of ad hoc though. Nothing too fancy.

I use a Google Sheet for listing the companies and statuses, plus OneNote for the interview notes (tab for interviews, one page per company-role, then group the notes my interview date/round on the company-role page).

Google Sheets / Excel. List all companies. Columns for status, next step and any notes. Notion is solid though!
