Breaking into 250k roles with 500k bonuses.
I was wondering, what's the difference between a MAANG role vs Hedge Funds and market makers who for some roles require very few years of experience yet offer big bonuses and base pays. What do these roles consist of and what stepa should i take to work towards a software engineering position in such companies?
