What is the most fulfilling thing about your job?

Was curious how people thought about their job and what the most meaningful thing out of it was. I'd imagine a paycheck is up there, but maybe I'm wrong.

Early in my career was paycheck, but now I find a lot of value in achievement and mastery. Learning new skills and improving at my job, whatever it is, is the most satisfying part. Paycheck is not necessarily the most satisfying anymore, but it is still the most important for me though
