But not for SF Bay Area (SF, Sunnyvale) which is much higher cost of living & high state income taxes. What is the ballpark % more I should be expecting? Like 25%/30% more for COL in the RSU grant? Salary is already posted on Jd and it is higher for SF Bay Area
