I have a median L4 US/remote offer from Meta. I'm getting the offer transferred to Amsterdam and was wondering how much the comp adjustment would be??

Would expect a 20-30% discount. I think you're able to keep your stock grant though (not 100% sure, and any future refreshers would be adjusted accordingly)
