Got put on a PIP, next steps?
Hi, i got put on a Performance improvement plan(non tech company with non tech role).
What are my next steps? Should I wait it out and hope for the best or should I leave before then?

Being on pip always means out the door It’s just a formality so that HR and such have all the necessary documentation and evidence true or not in place. Get ready for your next gig asap.
