Hi,I would like to know the total conpensation for SWE 3 with two years experience with a Masters degree in Sunnyvale?

From what I see on levels and other websites, I would say a total compensation of about 170k - 200k.

Walmart doesn't treat employees well. One example, during the last 2.5 years in the pandemic most companies gave mental day-offs, Walmart gave ZERO days off. In fact we worked overtime. We do stress testing during off peak hours, which is nights and weekends. I literally work every minute I am not dropped to sleep, I eat on my desk, I don't get time to bath during weekdays. No time to exercise, or taking care of yourself or your family. In spite of all of this my manager is always angry. This is all true verbatim, no exaggeration.
