Peloton was supposed to be a tech company, not a manufacturer so it makes sense they would do this. It's a sticky business and with how supply chain is crewed right now, better to have someone else figure it out if they have the networks and expertise. Sometimes it makes sense to funnel resources to keep things in-house, but at a time like this?
