Resume Review Request - SWE (May 2024 Grad)

Hi everyone, I was fortunate enough to receive a return offer for $95k TC at a fairly exciting Ed-Tech company when I graduate in May 2024. They like me, and if I cannot land something at the top tier, I'll be happy to be there.

However, I desperately want to reach the next tier of pay (big tech + adjacent), so I come here today to get smoked by knowledgeable vets and hopefully come away with some improvements to make. Feel free to rip it apart. Please note I tweak it per application, especially the skills section, to keep it focused.

Note: As part of my most recent AI/ML Co-Op/research, I submitted a paper for publication, which looks quite promising. I know breaking into AI/ML with just a bachelor's is very difficult, but that is a side goal of mine, secondary to starting at as high a tier of pay as possible.

I tried to quantify as much impact as possible while reducing fluff and bullshit marketing filler, as I know actual hiring managers barf at the sight of it.

I'm in my late 20s and want to begin my compensation trajectory as high as possible to meet my retirement goals.

At a glance: that’s a lot of words for not a lot of experience.

I appreciate the attempt at being specific, but some of the details don’t mean anything. 98% inventory accuracy? Is that good? In my field of work that’d be insanely inaccurate, so did you take it from 99.93 to 98 or from 92 to 98?

… also in my experience: candidates who are all about the money don’t usually get the offers. You have to be interested in the work / product first.
