Choose prestige (and higher pay) over perceived value and comfort (but fairly lower pay)?

Trying to finalize a decision and trying to gauge the community's thoughts on this.

Should I leave a job where I think I have a good/high perceived value for more money at a more prestigious tech company? If so, why?

What has been yours or others' experience that you know of?

Also, do you think your opinion would change based on your age and/or level of experience. ?

Also.. The biggest bump in my pay i have gotten throughout my career is when jumping to another company. Loyalty doenst pay...In fact it always works against you

Loyalty is the biggest bs of our time. When companies paid for the pension, people HAD TO be loyal. Not anymore.
