PNC SDM C4 pay structure

Question

Hello got a verbal confirmation for an SDM role at C4 level. Recruiter is not allowing to include any target bonus on the offer letter, is that normal with PNC? Or am i being played with the offer letter, if so what is the expected target bonus at this level?

Anytime this happens, I would say you should wait. Verbal offer is a great sign but until you get something in writing, nothing is guaraneteed. Even with a letter, they could rescind as other companies have done so wait to negotiate.
