How's the Job market for Software Engineers in Europe ?

I'm a senior software engineer from India with 7 years of industry experience in Backend Development. Looking to apply for Jobs in Europe companies. Any suggestions or Road Map for it ? Any specific countries I should look for !

If you're looking for more mature tech markets where software engineering has more of an established presence, the first ones that come to mind would be Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, and Switzerland. However, some other countries have been on the rise and have seen some pretty big growth in their SWE job postings/hires in the past few years. These countries include Romania, Portugal, Poland, and Hungary.

As far as roadmaps or tips for finding jobs there, I'm not too sure personally, but there are subreddits out there for Software Engineering within those specific countries, like I know there's one for Romania and Portugal.
