Getting into FAANG

Question

I am currently a Sr. Technical Program Manager at a large chip design company managing HW products. What kind of opportunities or groups should I look for within Meta or Google? Essentially looking for a better TC.

Reality Labs has a HW TPM group, look for System TPM or even OPM opportunities, there should be **plenty**. You can even search “Hardware TPM” in Meta or Google jobs and should get some hits.

Keep in mind current layoff situation/hiring freeze situation may slow things down.

I’m in the same situation and working as TPM for DOD employer. Trying to break into tech industry and finding it difficult to get recruiter calls. Any advice would be helpful.
