Layoffs layoffs are everywhere. Anyone can be caught in the crosshairs, so it’s imminent to be interviewe ready.
Google, meta, microsoft, amazon, spotify, intel... the list goes on and on. They have laid off thousands of employees, and there is a sword hanging over the heads knowing that anyone can be trapped in a wave to "right size" the workforce.
While business have their own reasons, it can be life altering for any employee to be laidoff. The consequences are devastating.
Hence, here is my preparation guide, that helped me get a job, from which I haven't been laid off yet.
