Any tips on how to get a job here? Or what I should include on my application as an entry level designer?

I know Colgate is really big on people-culture, I'd probably try to target your resume with a big focus on people-impact of your work

i interviewed with them a long time ago right after I got out of grad school, from direct application. At that time I didn't have formal experience as a designer other than summer internship so I highlighted my previous experience (PM) to leverage my candidacy. Their process was not well established but I remember the hiring manager was very nice. Any specific reason to target the company?
