Mexico City is traffic hell BUT, the col and qol is great. If you go out to a place like Merida for example, you can get a nice apt, housekeeping, utilities, food, water, and security for like $800 a month. You can't get that in the US!

I've heard so many good things about Portugal. I've never been but the cost of living is so good compared to what we have going on here.
