Related to H1B visa

Question

I am from India...I have 4 year of experience as a software engineer. Want to work in USA based company. Is it possible to get hired by a US based company without H1B visa ?

If possible, what would be the right time to apply to companys ?

A visa is required if you want to live and work INSIDE the USA.

Maybe possible, by internal transfer &amp; to add if you have some extraordinary achievement which satisfies uscis then you can stay in US for indefinite period .

Work with US Based company with Turing.com.  You can have the US Company experience on your Resume.
