During your career path what were the beat perks you received with your job offer? Mind to name the company? ;) Kinda want to gauge where I am! And it's a fun daydream!

Pension package after 10 years. Basically retirement is totally set and done with before turning 40 years old.

I haven't personally received them, but have seen companies offer basically a 'whatever you want' stipend which sounds awesome lol. In addition to their regular benefits, they give you a chunk of additional cash to do whatever you want with it.

I think it's much better than restricted cash for things like WFH gear or fitness classes or whatever. Let me choose how to spend my money!
