Hello everyone,

So I have entered the notice period of 90 days and the major reason for the switch was choked growth opportunities. I have got multiple awards and 5 star performance rating as well.

I want to make good use of this notice period and get the organisation for mutual growth. Can somebody share the tips and resources for the same and how should I proceed with this?
