Many companies ask "Are you authorised to work in the US?" and "Will you need sponsorship in the future?"

For people that need a visa to work in the US, do you answer "Yes" to needing sponsorship etc, or do you say "No" out of fear that the company will auto-reject you as a non-US citizen?
