For me, its what the money provides. I want to help my family live a better life. I want to live more independently. I want to do cool things. Money helps make that a lot easier so yeah, the money. I don't want to be obsessed with just having money either.

Fulfillment mainly, your work spans most of your life if you think about it. So do something you care about, something that really moves you. And do it in the best way. Otherwise feels like you're wasting so much of your life.

Money and fulfillment.I like computing, and I like learning. Also, I don’t like going deep in any one domain, so I like to rip through my tasks so I can have more time to learn other things in computing.Does upskilling while working count as working hard?
