I wanted to ask this community about your careers and what goals you create for yourself. I'm trying to set myself up for success.

What goals did you have in your first job? Did you complete internships while you were in school? Did you attend school or are you self-taught?

Blind was not helpful at all. Profs can be unhelpful as well.
