Should I talk about L-1 visa during interview ?
I've got a phone call with Keyence coming, should I mention to them I'm looking for an L-1 visa at some point down the road ? Or wait for further stages ?

I say wait until later stages. You don't want them to count you out of the interview just because of the visa.
