Your colleagues are not your friends so you should expect to not like them. People will be people. If you dont have to socialize, then don't. If they think something about you, then let them. It's their opinion of you, which doesn't matter. Collect your check and then leave when you think you can get a bigger check.

Start looking. You can't change the people at your job, but you can change the job and the environment. You might have to sacrifice the job if the people are just too taxing on your health

It's not easy depending on who you don't get along with. I had a supervisor who made life hell all the time. Just a mean-spirited person who would throw temper tantrums when things didn't go their way. It's harder to deal with the higher up they are. Hopefully thats not your situation 😬

Difficult to hear, but you may check in with your self first. Is it the people that are a problem, or are you the common thread here? There is such thing as a bad culture of course, but there are also people who think everyone is a moron, and the reality is usually the opposite. If you are honest with your self and still come to the same conclusion, start looking at how to change it. Either by coaching those people around you, or finding a different place to be. Being miserable is rarely worth it. Either your work suffers as a result, or you do.
