At Indeed, RSUs are subject to a 4-year vesting schedule: 25% vests at the end of the 1st year (cliff), then 25% in each of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years (6.25% every 3 months). Alternatively, Indeed also has the following 3-year vesting schedule: 33% vests at the end of the 1st year (cliff), then 33% in each of the 2nd and 3rd years (8.25% every 3 months).

RSU at Indeed are stock shares of the parent company, Recruit Holdings. The alternate schedule is for Canada, the primary schedule is for all other countries.
