Open Door Health Center is a non-profit community health center that provides affordable, integrated health care services to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. They offer medical, dental, and behavioral health care, insurance enrollment, legal assistance, and pharmacy services onsite. They accept most private insurance plans, Minnesota Care, and Medical Assistance, and have a sliding fee discount system based on income and household size. They are a Federally Qualified Health Center and receive H.H.S. funding.
