Ocean Partnership for Children is a Care Management Organization (CMO) in Ocean County that helps children with mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities through personalized plans of care using the wraparound model. OPC is a part of the New Jersey Children's System of Care, which is a coordinated care approach for youth in need.
