Not from India so I don't know what the average salary would be but if you can I'd try to ask for a sign-on bonus to squeeze a little more cash out if you can. Also did they not offer RSU's?

On sign-on bonus, recruiter was very clear that Dell, doesn't provide sign on bonus . No matter how much i tried to pursued her.

RSU was not offer to me. I went through some Glassdoor reviews, it seems it only available to manager or senior folks, not sure how much this is true.
