Question

Is it possible to negotiate an offer even if it states that "no part of your offer is negotiable for any reason"? This offer is from Amazon, however I didn’t get the compensation I desire or the location.

I’m assuming you received an L4 Area Manager offer. In that case, they are generally inflexible when it comes to pay - location has more leeway, but not much from what I remember.

On the other hand, L5 Area Managers can negotiate.

Just try, the worse they can say is no. But if you're a good fit, they're not going to rescind their offer.

They always preface their offers with saying its non-negotiable. It's worth trying anyways though, and a lot of the time they are able to negotiate, even if not on the core components like base / stock, they will extend signing bonus etc.
