Will there be a report for Product Design company trends?
I have seen mostly Engineering focused trends, which is good as I assume your user base will have more engineers. However, it would be cool to see design trends too and how different countries or companies compare to each other

Blockchain is at the bottom with overall decreases in compensation, and AI and Virtual Reality hails at the very top with positive trends

"Key roles that experienced significant growth include Software Engineering Managers, with a 5% increase in median total compensation, and Technical Program Managers, with a 4.8% increase.

However, not all roles experienced gains. Software Engineers' median compensation remained constant at $170,000, while the Sales job family had a slight decrease of 0.3% in median total compensation."

Interesting to see Sales take a dip, but I think it makes sense in the industry overall. When the layoffs hit, the non-technical teams were by far the most impacted.
