Amazon L5 to Amazon L6/Google E5-6/Meta E5-6
Recently moved to Amazon L5 from L4 in 2.5 yrs in US. However, want to fast track things as I have prior experience of 5 yrs. What's the best way to make this jump?

Depends on the promo panel. I’ve seen some people get promos and I don’t understand how they received them. Some Literally do not know how to write in “Amazon speak”, and no significant accomplishments. It’s almost like they get it based on their tenure alone. Which is a joke.
