No. Not in the current employment climate. While I understand this is just Amazon urging for the completion of an already preset number, I don't believe this will put a fire under any butts. The administration is heavily focused on US employment right now, and Chips & Science has provisions which specifically limit offshore use. In that spirit I doubt anyone in the administration is pushing this.
