I would be careful about how often you're reaching out to people and be mindful of what you're reaching out for.

If you only get one chance to make an impression, make it count. Don't reach out with a generic message like,

"Hi, I'm interested in ____ role and wanted to learn more about it. I have X years of experience in _____ and would like to apply. Would you mind helping me by answering a few questions I have about the role?"
